Refund Policy (Global and non-EU countries)

We accept returns if a product is defective or if we sent you the incorrect product.

We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / non-returnable items

We don't accept returns if this is due to an incorrect selection made by the customer while ordering or if a return is solely due to a change of mind. We evaluate each return on a case-to-case basis.

Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 15 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

EU Right of Withdrawal – Return & Refund Policy

If you are located in the European Union, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving the last item in your order, without giving any reason.

Return window

You have 14 days from the date you notify us of your decision to withdraw to send the items back to us.

Refunds

Once we receive your return, we will process your refund within 14 days. We will refund the full price of the items plus the standard outbound shipping cost. If you chose a premium delivery option, only the cost of standard shipping will be refunded.

Return shipping

You will be responsible to shoulder the cost of shipping to us.

Exemptions

The right of withdrawal does not apply to:

• Customized goods
• Goods that are made to your specifications or clearly personalized
• Digital content that has been downloaded or streamed
