Shipping policy

All orders are processed within 24 hours after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification together with a shipping tracking number when your order has shipped. We ship internationally and shipping can take between 5-12 days. 

To ensure smooth and timely delivery, please double‑check your order and ensure that your shipping address is complete and accurate before placing your order. Unfortunately, we’re unable to make changes once the order is submitted, and we cannot be held responsible for delays or lost packages caused by incorrect addresses.
